Wavertree Nook Aquarium or 'the nook' to its regulars is a family run aquarium retailer which has provided a loyal and reliable service for our customers for over 25 years.

A full rufurb of the shop took place in February 2006 and now the Nook boasts a very impressive fish house and a large showroom upstairs. There is a wide variety of fish to pick from as well as a healthy tropical plant section and both coral and invertabrate tanks housing a conglomeration of both hard and soft corals.

Our fish are picked for variety and quality, with weekly deliveries to ensure a healthy stock of avaliability and new fish arrive weely to keep the customers and ourseleves on our toes!!

Hugh Stamper is the owner and has kept fish for over40 years and he has passed his knowledge on to the rest of the staff so any questions or advice is avaliable in abundance. We are open seven days a week and bank holidays so if you want to pop in to restock your tank, to start your first or new tank or even just to see fish from all round the world just come down to the nook, and im sure you wont be disappointed!!!
