the water in your Aquarium.
Description: Riccia
Fluitans will form a thick cluster of green threads that will grow into
a sphere shaped clump, when the clump grows big enough it will
gradually sink down into the water. Small clumps will normally float at
or just below the surface. Riccia does not have any root system but it
will anchor itself to solid objects. With string, rubber bands or mesh
you can attach Riccia to most objects and the string etc will be covered
in lush green threads. Fry and shrimps like to hide and feed among
cluster of green threads.
